How do I get account credentials?

You may start the process to create an account by subscribing to our mailing list. From there, we will create your account credentials and email them to you once it's ready.

What do I do if I haven't received my account credentials?

Accounts are sent out immediately after joining our mailing list. If you do not receive your account credentials, please contact support@spankodds.com or send a direct message to the @spankodds twitter account. PLEASE be sure to check your spam folder first.

How do I report a bug or other problem?

Please report any bugs you might encounter to @spankodds on twitter, or by emailing support@spankodds.com.
For bad lines please right click on the line and submit a bad line report. We will have it fixed as soon as possible.

What are the software requirements?

To use Spank Odds, you must be using either Windows or MacOS. It is not compatable with iOS or Android (mobile phones and tablets).

You must also have 64bit Java installed.

I am having issues with installation, what do i do?

Your computer may not automatically allow downloads from websites. If a "trust this website" or similarly worded option appears, please select that. If you continue to have trouble downloading Spankodds, please contact us.
